Data Analyst Intern

Key responsibilites:

• Learn business practices and business etiquette as it relates to Logistics support.
• Ensure that all information is successfully imported into the system by monitoring and controlling all data upload applications as well as the data quality of our data providers.
• Analyze data to drive operational efficiencies.
• Translate complex analytics into clear concise actionable communication and influence logistics team through the presentation of data base recommendations.
• Support logistics team on reporting and reinforcing of Key Performance Indicators.
• Assist with documentation updates.
• Create documentations on Logistics KPI logics and calculations.
• Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Have a relevant degree such as Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Graduate, Economics.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of analytical tools and ways of presenting data Job Description.
• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Using Microsoft Excel at the advanced level like writing Macros and using VBA lookups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowing R or Python–Statistical Programming is a plus.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; verbal and written.
