Logistics Coordinator Internship

Key responsibilites:

  • Provide and exceed customer service with problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service during the shipping and receiving of products to and from the warehouse.
  • Accountable to anticipate and defuse potential problems, which could include face-to-face, phone, or email interactions with customers.
  • Utilizing Excel software to track and monitor all inbound and outbound shipping requests to and from the warehouse.
  • Documenting the receipt of the product or invoicing the release of product with focus on accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
  • Strong reliance on warehouse control, monitoring, and coordination of inbound and outbound shipping requests.
  • Excellent coordination with international and domestic subcontractor. transportation to ensure all shipments are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Prepare relevant paperwork required from the customer and subcontractor.



  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills - Customer Service Experience is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office especially Excel and typing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clientele.
  • Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be able to prioritize work assignments.
  • Must be organized and have attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand and sit for various lengths of time.
