Key responsibilites:
- To ensure success as a sales executive, you should have basic knowledge of communication skills, a service mindset, and willing to learn.
- Support answering potential or current customers to let them know about the company's product specifications and services (using a pre-written script) through Facebook.
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
- Updating purchase details (order information and pricing) to internal databases.
- Work closely with Customer Services and other departments to ensure all orders are captured & updated as required, ensure accuracy, and mitigate any problems.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a telesales and marketing executive.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication, negotiation skills and networking skills
- A passion for customer service. Good project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and work in a team environment
